The last time I visited the Gershman Acoustics and True Life Audio room at the Munich show, it suddenly launched my desire to review products from these two brands. Since them, I’ve reviewed the Gershman Studio XdBs and adored them. It took me a while, but I finally have the big TLA integrated amplifier coming my way in the next few weeks. On Press Day, I heard the Gershman Acoustics 30th Anniversary Black Swans, their flagship, with a full complement of TLA amplification, and the result was powerful, expansive and very realistic. I dig the synergy of these two brands.
